Move from theory to practice

Whether you're just starting to explore polyamory or you're already navigating its messier emotional terrain, these resources give you practical, grounded tools—without the fluff. Everything here is rooted in real experience, not theory, and designed to meet you where you are.

Fast Track Your Polyamory

Stop feeling overwhelmed by opening up. A self-paced course for anyone beginning (or re-beginning) their journey.

Figuring out polyamory shouldn't require reading 1,700 pages of books before you feel like you know what you're doing. Fast Track Your Polyamory cuts through the noise and gives you the foundational knowledge you actually need—from understanding relationship structures to managing the anxiety that comes with opening up.

The course is broken into manageable, focused lessons you can work through on your own schedule, whether you're processing something that happened last week or preparing for a conversation you've been putting off.

What you’ll learn:

  • Identify your structure: How to choose a relationship style that fits your life, not someone else's ideal.
  • Work with jealousy: Why anxiety shows up and how to handle it without spiraling.
  • Protect your nervous system: Why anchoring and scheduling are the most effective ways to maintain security.
  • Communication frameworks: Practical tools for having clearer, less reactive conversations with partners.

What's included:

  • Full video course broken into bite-sized lessons.
  • Optional drip-feed or all-at-once access.
  • Regular office hours with me.

What students say: "Your course and your book have had a deep emotional impact on me. The way you explore non-monogamy with such honesty, care, and nuance really spoke to me. Your course helped me realize how much of my inner conflict stems not just from the relationship structure itself, but from internalized shame, patriarchal expectations, and the absence of any social scripts for something different. Your work is brave, generous, and so important. Thank you for sharing it with us — it's opened a door I didn't even know I was allowed to knock on." — Luciana Brücker, Student

Following the Thread

End the anxious looping. A 45-minute workshop on navigating jealousy, anxiety, and overwhelm.

Sometimes you don't need a whole course—you need a way through the moment you're in right now. Following the Thread is a focused, practical workshop that teaches you how to sit with difficult emotions without spiraling.

Note for Swingers & Open Couples: While this workshop uses polyamory as a framework, the tools for navigating the "monogamy script" and "post-event" emotional drops are universal for anyone in the lifestyle or consensual non-monogamy.

What you’ll explore:

  • Worst-case scenarios: Why your brain defaults to them and how to recognize the pattern early.
  • Curiosity vs. Looping: The difference between following a useful emotional "thread" and getting tangled in anxious thoughts.
  • The Monogamy Script: How cultural expectations shape fears that have nothing to do with your personal failure.
  • Self-Trust: Practical techniques for building internal security rather than relying on constant external reassurance.

Format: Downloadable recording — watch in your own time, come back to it whenever you need it.

What students say: "I found Lola's 'Following The Thread' class to be a powerful tool for uncovering hidden narratives that have kept me small and while revealing wounds that I had thought long healed that needed tending to in order to release some long held tension and sadness. Lola's creativity made the work interesting and their knowledge made it incredibly valuable. As a Polyamorous person, educator and relationship coach, I can't recommend this class enough to anyone who's looking for a way to uncover even more limiting beliefs and unconscious narratives that may be holding you back from the life you desire." - Greg Million, Polyamorous Educator & Relationship Coach, EmpoweredPoly.ca
